Summary: The aim of this article is to present the methods used in glaucoma diagnosis and follow-up. Early glaucoma diagnosis and treatment plays the crucial role in preserving the optic nerve structure. It is based on either classical examination or up-to-date technologies. There is a wide range of modern methods allowing to diagnose glaucoma properly. A good knowledge of the usefulness of those procedures is a fundamental matter for a doctor nowadays.
