Summary: The aim of this study is to present and discuss our clinical cases of space occupying lesions in the chiasmal region. Although these changes may share the same clinical symptoms, their prompt recognition and correct differential diagnosis may be crucial not only for visual functions preservation but first of all for rescuing patient’s life.
