Summary: The most common form of intraocular malignancy is metastatic cancer to the uvea. The primary tumors that account for majority of uveal metastasis are breast cancer in women and lung cancer in men. Local tumor control can be managed with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery, but systemic prognosis is generally poor because of the disseminated stage of the malignant disease. The aim of the study is to present a case of 75-years old male patient with intraocular metastatsis of non-small cell lung cancer.
Keywords: metastasis, non-small cell lung cancer, uvea, orbit.
