Summary: Authors present a case of 49-years old woman with bilateral vision loss after chemotherapy (carboplatin, paclitaxel, cyclophosphamide) due to the oviduct cancer. Both optic discs were swollen but initially visual acuity was decreased only in the left eye. Examination revealed hyperfluorescency both of the optic disc in fluorescein angiography, centro - cecal scotomas in visual field and prolongation of the P100 latency in visual evoked potentials. Bilateral optic disc pallor and decreased visual acuity appeared after few months, despite of giving up chemotherapy and intensive administration of steroids.
