Summary: Pascal Dynamic Contour Tonometer (DCT) is a third-generation contact tonometer for ophthalmologic applications. It measures pulsatile IOP directly and continuously (dynamically). IOP measurements with the DCT did not depend on corneal thickness and the other proprieties of the cornea. The aim of the study is to compare the value of intraocular pressure measured with Pascal Dynamic Contour Tonometer (DCT) and non contact tonometer among healthy people and glaucoma patients depending on the central corneal thickness (CCT). The study also presents the results of the ocular pulse amplitude (OPA) analysis among these patients that was based on the intraocular pressure value.
