Summary: Computers become very important part in most our workplaces. A lot of studies show that intensive work with visual display terminals (VDT) may cause different ocular and muscles symptoms (Computer Vision Syndrome, CVS). To reduce the risk of ocular symptoms accurate organization of workplace is needed. We have to focus on VDT parameters, positioning, lightening, anti-glare filters, and work breaks.
