Summary: Diagnostic criteria for advanced glaucoma are not unambiguously determined. One certain symptom of glaucoma neuropathy advancement are changes observed in visual field. In the paper 5 glaucoma cases are presented in patients, in whom due to visual field defects advanced glaucoma was diagnosed, although structural tests results (GDx, HRT) and eye fundus not always were corresponding with visual field defect - and also not always stated disease advancement.
