Summary: Some wet Age-related Macular Degeneration risk factors and their correlation with the onset of the disease are presented in the paper. The relationship of the report time, the proper diagnosis and possibility of immediate anti – Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor injections with the outcomes of treatment are presented as well. In conclusion, time is one of the critical predictors of therapeutic success in wet Age-related Macular Degeneration.
