Summary: In the article, on the basis of the literature review, the relationship between corneal structure properties and glaucoma development were discussed. The latest techniques for measuring corneal biomechanics and intraocular pressure and the influence of structural biomarkers of cornea on the readings of intraocular pressure were presented.
