Summary: Chorioretinal disorders constitute a complex group of disorders. To establish proper diagnosis and implement adequate treatment it is required to precisely determine the affected eye structure. Assessment of the form, range and – in some cases – pathognomonic pattern is necessary. Auxiliary examination methods are indispensable in assessment of the response to treatment. Current diagnostic imaging techniques include optical coherence tomography, angiography of the optical coherence tomography, fluorescein and indocyanine angiography, ultrasound and fundus autofluorescence. In spite of being one of the first imaging methods introduced to ophthalmology practice fluorescein angiography is still irreplaceable in assessment of the peripheral retina and determination of vascular complications occurrence. Specific angiography findings greatly facilitate the differential diagnosis. The aim of this study was to analyse angiograms present in retinal vasculitis and chorioretinitis and evaluate its efficiency in diagnosis and follow up assessment of these diseases.
